The campus

Kings Boston is located on the campus of Pine Manor College, one of the most attractive universities in the whole of New England.

This beautiful 60-acre site is situated in Chestnut Hill, one of Boston's most elegant and exclusive suburbs.

Following a major refurbishment started in October 2012, students can enjoy fantastic new teaching facilities and modernised on-campus accommodation blocks. 

Accommodation

In Boston you can choose to reside on campus in one of the student accommodation blocks or to live with a family within easy reach of the campus.

Catering facilities

Student cafeteria on site serving a wide selection of hot and cold food. There is a half-board option and full-board option with 19 meals per week.

Kings Boston is operated by Kings (Boston) LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Prime Education and Training (USA) Limited. Kings (Boston) LLC is not an accredited college or university. Kings (Boston) LLC does not grant degrees or offer college credit bearing courses.

Culture and entertainment

This great student city is home to a quarter of a million students in Boston, including over 20,000 international students.

There are several world-class museums, historical sites and theatres. Explore the fascinating Back Bay area and narrow streets of the North End.

 Boston is close to many other beautiful areas of the USA.

  • Visit Cape Cod, Newport, Philadelphia and Washington DC.
  • New York is just 4 hours away by train or car.
  • We can arrange skiing in the winter and beach excursions in the summer. 

Transport

The main public transport system in Boston is run by the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA). Known locally as the "T', it encompasses subway, bus, train and boat routes and is one of the most comprehensive transportation systems in the world.

Kings Boston is just 15-20 minutes from downtown Boston and easily accessible by car and public transportation.

It is just a 10-minute walk to the Chestnut Hill Station of the D branch on the Green Line of the subway system.

There is a regular shuttle service to and from the train station when Pine Manor classes are in session.

Medical care

When you arrive at Kings Boston, you should register with a local doctor, especially if you are studying for a long time.

We can help you do this. 

If you feel ill at any time during your stay at Kings Boston, you should first tell a member of staff or your host family. We will be able to help you to see your doctor if needed.

Above all, you should make sure you have full Kings medical insurance during your time in the USA.
